At Nice Farms Creamery, we VAT PASTEURIZE at the LOWEST LEGAL TEMPERATURES immediately after milking. This low, slow, and gentle method PROTECTS the beneficial enzymes in our pastured milk while ELIMINATING any harmful bacteria. Our milk is very versatile and can be used to make homemade cheese and yogurts. We always work fresh from the cow; our milk is NEVER stored and we omit homogenization to maintain the milk's natural integrity.
